MAGAZINE COVER 4

I have improved my magazine cover and made my image stand out more. I have also changed the colour of her jacket and edited it to make her jacket colour similar to the colour of her lips. After changing the colour of her jacket into a dark red colour the colours did not seem to match perfectly. The dark red looks really dull whereas i am aiming for unique, bright colours. 

I have also included this '+' as i have been seeing this in many professional magazine covers and wanted to make mine as professional. 

I really liked this specific magazine cover as it looks very professionally made.

MAGAZINE COVER 3

This is my initial music magazine cover i have created. Recently i was given a great opportunity to  talk to the Art Director of Glass Magazine who said that my magazine was one of the best ones and did really like it. He also commented saying how it looks very professional and outstanding. The Director guessed the genre of my magazine cover immediately saying how it is very obvious that it is Hip-hop and R&B and that i have made a great job. However he commented on my picture and said how the picture had this suitable attitude for the Hip-hop and R&B genre.

The Director said how the orange and blue really went well together, the orange pops outing makes the cover even better.

On the other hand the Director said how the cover was too blue. I have also noticed this, the background and the image are the same colour which does not make the image stand out. To change this i would make the image stand out more.

I found these colour schemes that go well together at color hunt. These are some of the themes i will be aiming at in my magazine front cover.

This cover i have created is unique.

Here i wanted to create something more simple than before. I really liked the blue which i thought looked very suitable and professional. This blue makes the magazine seem more realistic and outstanding.

After looking back at all my photoshoot pictures, i decided that this picture is the best for my music magazine cover. This picture includes all the attitude, right position for my Hip-hop and R&B magazine cover.

I first started editing my photoshoot, editing made my editing skills improve even better, therefore my pictures look more professional and formal. Then i started doing magazine covers using my photoshoots.
